Welcome to Clicko Pay, the personalized client payment portal owned and operated by Clicko Limited. By accessing or using Clicko Pay (https://pay.clickohq.com), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

4. Payment Terms

Clicko Pay supports payments through third-party providers including Stripe, PayPal, GoCardless, and Bank Transfers. You agree to the following:

• All payments are subject to verification and authorization by your chosen payment provider

• Invoices must be paid on or before the due date unless otherwise agreed

• Late or failed payments may result in service delays or suspension

Clicko Limited is not responsible for delays caused by third-party processors.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Clicko Pay at any time if you:

• Breach these Terms

• Engage in fraudulent or harmful activity

• Request account deletion

Upon termination, access to your billing data may be restricted unless required for legal or financial obligations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, design, and software associated with Clicko Pay are the property of Clicko Limited and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Clicko Limited is not liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential loss from use of Clicko Pay

• Failures due to third-party services or payment gateways

• Technical issues beyond our reasonable control

Our maximum liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you through Clicko Pay in the past 12 months.

8. Modifications to the Service or Terms

We may update or modify Clicko Pay or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
